Each year, we balance these varietals from the Rhone and Bordeaux regions to make an incredibly smooth and polished Napa blend. The aroma is blue fruit and violets, and the taste is laden with ripe blackberry and huckleberry. You will love the vanilla and chocolate spice on the lingering finish. Only 100 cases made and drinkable right now (tonight!), though it will age gracefully for 10 years or more.
