2022 Rosé of Pinot Noir
There are faint hints of passionfruit along with cranberry, and strawberry/cherry spa water on the nose with accents of fresh basil.
It's lively on the palate with bright, juicy acidity that electrifies fresh flavors of apple, quince, strawberries and ripe red cherry along with suggestions of white peach and blood orange. There are hints of minerality adding nice structure to the mouthfeel and fruitiness. It lingers a bit on citrus zest and red fruits and ends just as bright and fresh as it began.
The previous vintage sold out and a late frost in 2022 hampered our usual production, so we bottled less than 40% of our normal production at a mere 80 cases. Get yours soon!
